All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 8–14 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Destination

At this time, Valenzo ships only within the United States.

Shipping Costs

Shipping for all products is free.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, if tracking is available.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.
